Rent a 20x20 tent, tables, and chairs all in one package - perfect for up to 40 guests!
Our 40 Person High-Peak Frame Tent Package includes the following items:
(1) 20x20 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)
(4) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)
(2) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc
(40) white folding chairs
Total: $599
*Setup is generally on Thursday or Friday and we take down on Monday or Tuesday.
Additional Items:
Add (6) white tablecloths (brand new, in package, yours to keep) $659
Upgrade to white padded “garden” chairs +$60
White string lights for tent: $35
Windowed side walls: $35 per 20’ section
What Makes This A Perfect Fit?
You pay for a 1-day rental and get the package for the weekend! Plan a brunch the day before or host cocktails the night after. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday (typically).
Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
